8. Data Retention and Deletion

Bot Tasker retains data only for as long as necessary to provide the services requested by the user.

  • Data associated with active integrations is retained while the user account remains active and the integration remains connected.
  • If the user disconnects their Google account from the integrations settings, the related access tokens and associated data are removed from active systems.

Users may request deletion of their data through the following methods:

  1. Disconnect their Google account from the integrations settings.
  2. Delete their Bot Tasker account.
  3. Send a deletion request to [email protected].

Upon receiving a deletion request, OAuth tokens associated with the integration will be revoked and related data will be permanently deleted from active systems within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal or security purposes.
